Chef Manager

Fire Recruitment is looking for a Cafe/Chef Manager for our client that is based in Eltham, Taranaki.
What you will be doing:
* 40 hour week Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm
* prepare, cook, and serve meals.
* Monitor the cooking process
* Create menus and be allergen aware.
* Manage the costs of running a kitchen and the ordering.
* Implement New Zealand Food Control and Safety regulations,
* Keep a clean, tidy, safe and hazard free environment,
* Make sure all staff are hired, inducted, trained, and motivated to * * Have great communication - Written and Verbal
You must:
* Pass a pre-employment drug test
* Have at least 2 years in a similar role or experience
* Have 2 contactable references
* Pay is based on experience + 8% holiday pay
* Be reliable and have reliable transport
* Be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
