Great role for a morning person that likes to have afternoon free.In this role you will be responsible for:Preparation and cooking of breakfast and lunch as well as sandwiches, bread rolls etc, salads, scones, muffins, slices, cakes, pies, bain-marie food.Developing and maintaining excellent client and customer relationsLeading and managing a team of four, focusing on providing excellent customer serviceEnsuring efficient and effective operation of the site within budgets, guidelines, policies and proceduresMonitoring compliance with our Quality Management System and Health & SafetyOnline ordering and monitoring of catering suppliesCoordination and management of staff rostersManagement of the Quality Assurance ProgrammeThe successful candidate will need to be able to:Passionate about food, delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy leading, mentoring and coaching staff with some cooking involved.
