PERSON SPECIFICATION Would suit someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry with a strong focus on events and delivering experiences with a high level of customer focus and service.
Due to the business being a start-up a positive can-do attitude is required.
It is an exciting time to come onboard at the start of an emerging business.
With this there come challenges and in the first year especially the role will be varied, and a flexible approach will be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DELIVERABLES Work with our Head Chef to ensure nutritious, high quality and well-presented food options are produced.
Adhere to all practices relating to food hygiene, preparation, storage and disposal.
Work closely with all colleagues across the wider group as well as in the Tatum kitchen.
Follow "Clean as you go" processes – Tidy bench, dishwashing etc.
Actively involved supporting Head Chef and Tatum Mgr to deliver the groups vision for Tatum.
Other related tasks in the kitchen as requested by Chef / Tatum Manager.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS A relevant cookery qualification is a must.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Outstanding Customer-service orientation.
A motivated and positive team player.
Ability to participate in the group's vision, mission, and values.
