Key Tasks & Responsibilities Preparation, cooking and serving of food for service. Preparation, cooking and serving of staff meals. Ensuring that all food is served and stored at the correct temperature to meet hotel standards and kitchen guidelines. Clean and sanitise work areas, equipment, utensils and dishes. Follow all sanitation and hygienic food handling procedures set out by legislation and hotel policy. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required Experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
