Minimum guaranteed hours : at least 30 hours weekly

Job Description Your day-to-day work will involve:
Conducting food supply order and stock control Training new kitchen staff Managing portions, controlling and maintaining food quality Planning menus & developing new menus Preparing ingredients and cooking food Estimating and advising on food price Discussing food preparation issues with kitchen staff & managing team  Ensuring that foods are prepared in accordance with traditional style and recipe    Monitoring the quality of food from food preparation to presentation Experience Applicants for this role should have:
Relevant qualification or work experience (3 years at least) is required Japanese food experiences preferred Strong customer service skills The highest standards of food and occupational safety and hygiene A can do and professional attitude Relevant qualification not necessary, but advantaged.
