As a key part of our Clubhouse Kitchen team, you will be an excellent communicator and an expert at
building and maintaining key relationships.
You will have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in delivering exceptional service every time.
The role of the Chef is to participate in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and be skilled to prepare menu items to a very high standard.
You will be responsible for:
Be a part of the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including adhering to internal and external policies and procedures.Assist with menu development and execution.Have business acumen and understand financials, food and labour budgets etc.Be a subject matter expert, understand food trends and do market research.Ensure that all kitchen equipment is kept in exception working order and communicate
any issues immediately.Have previous experience in completing monthly stocktakes.Ensure health and safety is always at the forefront.Ensure all kitchen logs are completely accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure the kitchen has a high level of cleanliness at all times.
In terms of you, this role will take a high level of commitment and drive with the ultimate goal of delivering a high quality experience for our members and guests each and every time.

This is a full-time position working mainly day shifts on a 7 day roster, with occasional evening functions.
