Job Description
About the Role : As the Chef, you are accountable for the preparation, cooking, and service of food to agreed standards as well as for the overall efficient and effective management of the team to ensure a quality service is provided to the residents.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week.
Your responsibilities will include : Ensuring there is full compliance with the approved Food Control PlanComplying with all food safety requirements and maintaining a high level of hygiene at all timesPreparing and cooking set meals to residents' satisfaction in a timely mannerBuilding and managing rapport with direct reports, with full accountability for all aspects of coaching and performance developmentQualifications About You : Proven experience in managing a successful team in a similar environmentFinancial acumenThe ability to empower the team by passing on culinary knowledgeSound understanding of Food Safety PlansA Chef Qualification is preferredAdditional Information What's in it for you?
