This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week.Your Responsibilities:Ensuring there is full compliance with the approved Food Control PlanComplying with all food safety requirements and maintaining a high level of hygiene at all timesPreparing and cooking set meals to residents' satisfaction in a timely mannerBuilding and managing rapport with direct reports with full accountability for all aspects of coaching and performance developmentAbout You:You will be a highly motivated and skilled Chef with excellent time management skills.
