Looking for a talented – Head or Sous Chef
We are looking for someone who has a flair for innovation, loves fresh food, and understands all elements of cooking.
Must be able to start as soon as possible.
The summer season can be full on, so we need someone who is passionate about what they do and loves what they do.
Have an eye for detail and presentation.
Proven work experience in a kitchen within a restaurant setting.
Genuine passion for hospitality & highly organised.
Knowledge of current food and beverage trends.
As a small team, must have a can-do attitude.
