You will report to the Cafe Manager and work together to ensure a varied menu is offered each day.This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday with a minimum of 76 hours and maximum of 85 hours per fortnight. The cafe is open Monday to Friday 8am to 2:30pm. Every second Friday we offer residents a meal night so those days you would work until approximately 6:30pm.Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring there is full compliance to the approved Food Control PlanComplying with all food safety requirements and maintaining high level of hygiene at all timesPreparing and cooking set meals to residents' satisfaction in a timely mannerBuilding and managing rapport with direct reports with full accountability for all aspects of coaching and performance developmentAbout You:You will be a highly motivated and skilled Chef with excellent time management skills.
