Linan Sun and Graeme William Ellison Partnership is now looking for CHEF to join us.
You will be paid an hourly rate of $29.66-35.
You will be work in Dunedin, Otago.
This is a permanent job opportunity and will be guaranteed 30 hours of work per week.
Job Descriptions: l   Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
l   Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
l   Overseeing all kitchen operations.
l   Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
l   Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
l   Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
l   Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
l   Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
l   Keeping up to date with industry trends.
l   Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.
The successful candidate must have l   At least 3 years of work experience in commercial kitchen, or a NZ Diploma in cookery or an equivalent overseas qualification l   Good working attitude l   Be fit and healthy l   Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence l   Ability to work in a team l   Drug free with a clean police record   If you are interested in this role, please send your CV and cover letter to us.
