Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials. Planning menus, estimating food and labor costs, and ordering food supplies. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold our high standards of excellence. Potentially freezing and preserving foods.
