Chef In Charge

Position: Chef at Sobar (Surf & Turf Pub) Responsibilities:
Preparing & Cooking food
Design weekly specials
Train and supervise staff
Produce innovative & consistent food
Manage food control plan
Skills and Experience:
Prior experience as a chef in a comparable restaurant (Minimum 2 years as head chef or sous chef)
Proven experience leading kitchen staff
Knowledge of Surf & Turf
Additional Information:
You should either have permanent residency or an open work permit.
Full-time job, minimum 40 hours a week, straight shifts from 11am to 9pm (weekend availability is a must)
Start Date: ASAP
