We are looking for chefs to join our kitchen team: 2 Sous chefs and 2 chef de partie preferably. This is an excellent opportunity to join a beautiful home-style kitchen dedicated to providing the "estate to plate" seasonal food using wild ingredients.
The kitchen is where the magic happens in our Lodges - and you can be part of that! The right applicant must be self-motivated, a team player, and work well in a luxury environment.
What we're looking for Chefs with experience in an upscale restaurant or luxury hotel advantageous
Strong attention to detail
A passion for food trends and best practices
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Passion for local produce and a flair for extraordinary dishes
Ensure high quality and presentation of food provided to guests
Reliability is a must.
