Chef

Responsibilities:

Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We hire chefs with creativity and passion.
Experience in a high quality a la carte restaurant
The ability to run a service and team of chefs
Provide a consistent level of quality
Can plan and assist with menu development
A genuine interest and understanding in various culinary styles.
Food Safety Knowledge 
An understanding of financials - Food cost of sales, payroll, menu costing

The position is for a Chef, and the ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience OR a relevant level 4 or higher education.
