Hours of work are rostered across 7 days - you will need to be flexible.Our ideal team member:You will have:at least 3 years in industrial high volume kitchen and will be able to work unsupervised and supervise a small team of staff,Trade training in cateringFood Hygiene courseKnowledge of all general kitchen activitiesHours of work range between 05:30 starts and 20:30 finishes, there is the odd occasion when functions are held that you will finish a bit later than 20:30.What you will be doing?preparing, cooking and serving food for a buffet, or a cook to order menu, and functions as requiredassisting with stock takegeneral kitchen and cleaning duties.Ideal skills and experience:The ideal team member will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. You will already have proven experience working in a commercial kitchen cooking both bulk and 'a la carte' menus. You will hold a Chef qualification and food safety certificates (Unit Standard 167 and 168). You will need to hold a full clean drivers licence.
