As a CDP, you are responsible for supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen and delivering consistently high-quality food.
Some of your responsibilities are but not limited to:   Taking care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by your seniors to meet the standard and the quality set by the GroupCoordinates daily tasks with the Sous ChefResponsible for supervision of junior chefs and commisAbility to estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure all standards are met.Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, and presentation standards Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of any malfunctions.Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environmentAbility to produce own work in accordance with a deadline and to assist and encourage others in achieving this aimCarry out any other duties required by your seniors  About you: Minimum three years experience in a high-volume venueExcellent verbal communication skillsMust work well in a teamOrganisedPunctual and reliableFriendly, energetic, and hard-working attitudeWilling to learnContact  Shar Fonseca (email protected)
