Company Description Novotel Queenstown Lakeside is centrally located on the shores of Lake Wakatipu and is the largest hotel in Queenstown with 273 rooms. We are proud of our diverse workplace with up to 30+ nationalities from all over the globe employed at the hotel, it makes it a great place to work.  Job Description Key Responsibilities: Chef de Partie Preparation, cooking, presentation standards and cleaning Uphold quality standards and cost control measures with a sustainable focus 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie Delegate tasks effectively  Collaborate on innovative menu development, preparation Stock rotation to reduce wastage and promote efficiency Assist with administrative tasks  Maintain equipment to ensure functionality and energy efficiency Adhere to daily hygiene and safety protocols Ensure Food Control Plan tasks are recorded daily on Chomp Assist with training apprentices and kitchen staff Ability to run sections and grill section Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in English $28.18 - $31.65 per hour Key Responsibilities: Short order cook Help with menu and preparation and ordering Love to cook, innovative and share your ideas Share duties and responsibilities Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned Maintain hygiene and safety procedures Ability to work roster shifts, two days off together  $28.18 - $28.18 per hour Qualifications 2-3 years as Chef de Partie  Short Order cook 6 months prepping or cooking experience Additional Information Benefits: Meals provided during shifts Laundered uniforms Supportive team  Staff referral  Opportunities for career growth within Accor hotels Discounts on food, beverages, and accommodation at Accor properties Staff hostel accommodation available
