We're on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie - Pastry who shares our passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in leading kitchen staff and overseeing the pastry area, ensuring every dish reflects the high standards we're known for.
In this role, you will: Support the daily operations of the kitchen with efficiencyPrepare dishes showcasing a variety of cooking techniquesManage stock controls and uphold food safety standardsContribute to menu improvements and planning when neededWe're looking for someone who: Has at least 1 year as a chef in a commercial kitchenPastry experienceBrings a positive, enthusiastic attitudePossesses excellent communication skills and thrives in a team environmentOpportunity: Full-time summer or permanent opportunity with incredible staff perks!
