Job DescriptionWork closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to coordinate food production and ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and other departments.Lead the kitchen in preparing dishes to meet service requirements, ensuring all food adheres to recipes and high culinary standards.Ensure all food is stored, prepared, and handled in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.Maintain inventory of daily food and product needs, communicating with the Executive Chef to ensure adequate supplies.Utilize traditional cooking techniques and the finest local ingredients to create hearty, flavorful dishes that reflect the vibrant surroundings.Manage food preparation and wastage costs by following established methods and ensuring efficiency in the kitchen. An experienced Chef De Partie, with proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced kitchen environment.Experienced in working in medium to large Hotel kitchens, with 5-star hotel experience being highly advantageous.Committed to culinary excellence, flexible to work weekends, and eager to collaborate with a passionate and driven team.A dedicated team player with a strong passion for the culinary arts, seeking to advance your career in the kitchen.Responsible for assisting in food preparation and cooking high-quality dishes in line with 5-star standards.Ensuring all food preparation meets hygiene regulations and the standards set by the Executive Chef.
