Job Description
In this role you will work with the kitchen team to ensure that food standards, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to established standards and recipes to the expectations of a upscale restaurant.
Qualifications
Qualified with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.Previous experience in a 5 star/upscale establishment advantageousHave a high standard in food presentationBe able to demonstrate creativity and flair in menu developmentBe able to use leadership skills to maintain an effective work groupUnderstanding of NZ food safety requirementsOrganise time and work efficientlyHave effective verbal communication skills
