They all have their own unique styles and offerings, but all have the common theme of excellence in food from the raw ingredients to the finished product. About the Role: Reporting to the Head Chef, we are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie who is passionate about creating exceptional dishes to join our Ferg's Bar team. Responsibilities: Prepare, cook and serve our food in accordance with our menu. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained, exceeding guest expectations. Create effective relationships with the front-of-house to ensure a seamless guest experience. Follow stock control procedures. Take responsibility for a high standard of cleanliness of the food preparation and storage areas. Adhering to the Food Control Plan. Adhering to strict Health and Safety policies and standards. Requirements: At least 2 years of proven commercial cooking experience. Friendly and a can-do attitude. Work in a fast-paced environment. Thrive working in a team environment.
