The menu is centred around sustainability, changing every season to match the abundance of quality ingredients found in the Central Otago region.
To honour and respect the environment and journey from paddock to plate we embrace the philosophy of not letting anything go to waste, proudly embracing cuts of meat that might otherwise be exported or wasted, adding an exciting element to dishes, and introducing guests to something they may not have tried.
We endeavour to source produce that is thoughtfully grown and harvested and consciously ask questions to our suppliers and supply chain to ensure that our principles and philosophies match.
The Role The role is full-time, consisting of day and evening hours, including weekends.
The role would suit someone who really resonates with our culinary philosophy, can take initiative, ensure proper food storage and sanitation, make sure food is produced according to specifications and be aware of guests' requirements.
As we are a wedding and events venue as well as a Restaurant, no two days are the same.
From buffets to canapes, to 3-course meals or our seasonal restaurant menus, this role provides the opportunity to broaden your current skill set, or really make the role your own.
