Pricco is an upcoming Italian Restaurant opening soon in Alexandra and we are on the lookout for hospitality stars. We are seeking part-time and full-time Chef de Partie candidates with relevant work experience and skills.

Job Description as a Chef de Partie

Manage day-to-day kitchen operations.

Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Maintain high levels of customer service and food quality.

Oversee food safety and hygiene practices.

Assist with staff training and development.

Support in menu planning and product knowledge.

Collaborate with Sous Chef and Food Operations Manager to innovate menu offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to cleaning and maintenance schedules.

Skills Required:

Minimum of 1-2 years working experience cooking as a Chef in a café/restaurant or motel.

Experience in managing inventory and maintaining stock levels.

Team management skills.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.50 to $29 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
