Now we are focusing on growing the hospitality side of the business and we are looking for someone who is keen to take the reins of the kitchen and build on what we have started.

We specialise in smoked meats as they make up the core to our popular bar menu. Our kitchen is currently being upgraded but we still want to utilize the off-set smoker to the fullest.
Along with the daily tasks of running a commercial kitchen additional responsibilities will include;
Creating special menus for events/bookings
Beer (wine/spirits) and food matching
Working with the Brewhouse team to incorporate beer elements into the food
Hiring and training of staff
The successful candidate must;
Have a valid New Zealand Work Permit or Citizenship
Have a great attitude
Handle the high stress environment of a commercial Kitchen
Have excellent organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines
Work well in a small team
Be experienced in developing and pricing menus
Be passionate about beer, wine and spirits
Be prepared to work the required hours
