We are looking for a Chef de Partie with experience to join the Alpine Lodge, St Arnaud Nelson Lakes National Park, New Zealand from November onwards until the end of the summer. This position is perfect for someone who has at least 2 years of experience. The Alpine Lodge kitchen is led by the wonderful Etienne Wessels who is truly passionate about his food and the well-being of his kitchen team. We offer set menus and buffets to our tour groups and a variety of events including conferences, weddings, music and sport events, and corporate functions. Our a la carte restaurant features good quality modern cuisine, with an emphasis on fabulous, fresh local produce from the Nelson area. The Alpine Lodge is a family-owned and operated hotel just over one hour's easy drive from Nelson and Blenheim. We have excellent staff accommodation available.
