The purpose of your role is to provide a world-class hospitality experience at the Emerson's Taproom, by leading our service offering, maintaining best in class industry compliance, and ensuring Lion's values and policies are championed throughout our highly engaged teams.Duties & Responsibilities:Being an integral part of our kitchen team, managing and motivating junior chefsWorking closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to drive our service offeringDriving consistency and quality to match with our excellent range of beersTo be successful in this role you will have:At least 2 years of experience in a similar roleA passion for the hospitality industry and foodIf being a key part of our venue truly excites you and you aren't afraid to roll your sleeves up, please send us your application – we can't wait to hear from you!
