About this Role
Be part of an iconic Central Otago destination. We are world famous for our relaxed atmosphere, exceptional service and delicious modern New Zealand cuisine all set to a breathtaking Central Otago view.
We are looking for a multi-talented, experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. You will confidently produce high quality à la carte meals and work across different sections. This role also requires preparation of ingredients, good organisation across cooking stations, menu collaboration with the team, and following the guidance of the Head Chef.
This is a full-time role in the restaurant kitchen with varying hours including weekend work. Our restaurant is open 5 days for lunch, leaving your evenings free to spend time with friends and family.
There is plenty of opportunity to hone your hospitality skills within the broader Foley Wines Group with The Runholder restaurant and cellar door in Martinborough, as well as strong relationships with sister company Foley Hospitality, and the luxury lodge Wharekauhau Country Estate. We offer a great work environment with a supportive team.

This role requires applicants to have the right to work in New Zealand without needing sponsorship and to have a current driver's licence with their own means of transportation.
