About the role Fable Dunedin Hotel is an award-winning luxury hotel in the heart of Dunedin Central. Fable Dunedin has recently won an Excellence Award in five categories at the Haute Grandeur Global Award 2022. The hotel has also won Best Hotel at the Lion Hospitality NZ Award in July. This stunning boutique hotel is looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our hard-working Kitchen team.
As a Chef de Partie, you will have exposure to all culinary aspects that Fable Dunedin Hotel has to offer. You will be working full-time, minimum 30 hours per week, and reporting to the Head Chef.
