Chef De Partie

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our vibrant, busy and rapidly expanding operation at Greystone Restaurant and Tasting Lounge over the summer. This is a fixed term contract until Easter 2025 with the option to extend. You would be joining a small close-knit team in a relaxed and beautiful environment. Greystone is an award-winning family run winery nestled in the heart of the Waipara Valley only 45 minutes North of Christchurch.
Our Long Lunch menu changes fortnightly and showcases the best of local seasonal & organic ingredients. The Chef de Partie will part of a world class culinary team aiming to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests.
Our Head Chef Theo is  classically trained and has worked in multiple Michelin Star Restaurants in France. His approach is hands on, and he has a passion to pass on his knowledge and expertise to his team.
