We are open to customers from 3pm Tuesday to Saturday, and lunch on Fridays from 12pm.
Job Description: We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team starting in early December. The successful candidate will assist all aspects of our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and efficiency. You will work in partnership with our Kitchen Manager, Head Chef and team of chefs as well as the Front of House team.

Hourly Wage: $25 per hour / 35 hours a week

Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing menus that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation - for A La Carte, Functions and Special Events
Assist in maintaining a strict control over food costs and inventory levels
Implement and adhere to OBM principles, assisting with fostering transparency and accountability within the kitchen team
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and drive profitability
Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar leadership role
Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
Understanding of cost management and financial principles
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
