Clarence Tauranga is on the hunt for a Chef de partie.
From the Group behind Alpino and Picnicka Hospitality, located at our historic address in the heart of the CBD, Clarence Tauranga is a staple for fine dining in the fastest growing city in NZ. We offer our guests a vibrant and contemporary Mediterranean wine & dine bar experience, with delicious food for every occasion and every day, paired with the best wines from NZ and abroad.
We have relaunched our kitchen concept in early 2024 and combined our two venues to create one unique Mediterranean offering for all our guests. Alongside our a la carte offering, we now host a range of private events, work functions, and parties which will be catered for with set menus and canape menus.
We are looking for a passionate Chef de partie who is eager to grow in a reputable and professional kitchen brigade. A brand-new kitchen fit out, great equipment, and a beautiful metropolitan restaurant setup is waiting for you.
