Ideal Candidate: Excellent communication and organisationEnthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around youMotivated with a positive attitude to uphold morale in the kitchenAdaptable, and able to work in a high pressure environment Organisational and time management skillsResponsibility for the operation of a designated section of the kitchen Ensure that recipes and proportions are strictly adhered to, to ensure consistency, quality and cost controlPreferably have knowledge of New Zealand ingredients and suppliers
