Job Description As our next Chef De Partie, you will: Prepare and cook all food items in specific sections with a sense of urgency Monitor food preparation and wastage cost Multitask under pressure Manage your own work well Cleaning of your work section, temperature control and record-keeping Adhere to local regulations concerning Health & Safety.
