THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for hospitality experts to join our Grey Lynn, Auckland kitchen team.
Our teams work hard to produce seasonal menus working with some of New Zealand's best suppliers.
Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens, currently running at 6%.
We achieve this through fermenting, pickling and reusing our bi-waste (turning waste barista milk into ricotta and baking our vegetables in waste coffee grounds!
).
We're looking for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and an eagerness to continue learning, to work alongside our highly motivated and enthusiastic team.

ABOUT YOU: Minimum 2-3 years kitchen experience.Positive and personable.Passion for working sustainably.Good personal presentation and hygiene.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to maintain a clean section.Broad range of knowledge of cooking terminology, techniques & ingredients.Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.Above all, an unwavering commitment to customer service and hospitality.Full details of the role are available on application.
