Job Summary: As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, maintaining kitchen organization and hygiene, and contributing to menu development. You will work closely with the other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and maintain our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities:? ÂPrepare and cook Asian Fusion curry dishes to the highest standards, including stir-fries and more? ÂEach dish prepared meets the quality, quantity, presentation, correct temperature and taste? ÂMaintain kitchen organization and hygiene, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment? ÂDevelop and test recipes to ensure profitable, high-quality products? ÂFor functions new dishes as per the requirements are provided? ÂProvide input on marketing materials for advertising and menu presentations? ÂDeveloping production strategies to streamline kitchen operations.? ÂWork efficiently during service, ensuring dishes are delivered to the correct tables in a timely manner? ÂCollaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment? ÂMaintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and waste? ÂPreserve the food and freeze to meet the food control plan? ÂEnsure the stock is maintained and stocks are ordered from suppliers? ÂTalk to the suppliers with quality issues of food ordered? ÂTraining the staff in the kitchen? ÂShow the staff the preparation of new dishes? ÂSort out any complaints of food from customersÂ? ÂMaintain sanitary conditions that comply with state and local sanitation requirements? ÂFollow proper food safety and handling procedures? ÂCarry out necessary cleaning tasks daily and maintain highest level of restaurant cleanlinessÂ? ÂEnsure the hygiene regulations are followed in the businessÂ?
