We are looking for a multi-talented, experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. This role requires someone who can confidently produce high quality à la carte meals with the ability to work across different sections. Responsibilities include preparation of ingredients, good organisation across cooking stations, menu collaboration with the team, and following the guidance of the Head Chef.
This is a full-time role in the restaurant kitchen with varying hours including weekend work. Our restaurant is open 5 days for lunch, leaving your evenings free to spend time with friends and family.
About You
We are looking for someone collaborative with a can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a high-pressure environment. You will have:
Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
Great communication skills
A great team player with the flexibility to adapt to multiple and changing tasks
Good time management and the ability to multitask
An appetite to learn and an enthusiasm for wine and food
