Te Kupenga Limited trading as Te Akau Roa is a new business taking over a well-established restaurant located in the marina of an idyllic coastal village. The restaurant is sited in the Ocean's Tutukaka Quality Hotel owned by Ngatiwai Holdings Ltd, to whom the Te Kupenga owners whakapapa. We want to promote our Ngatiwai connection to the whenua/land and moana/sea through our kai/food. We are looking for skills and passion from persons that will assist us in this exciting new venture.
Qualifications & Experience Training and experience working in a kitchen
Tasks & Responsibilities Chef de Partie will be working in the kitchen under the guidance and supervision of the Head Chef.
Chef Commis will be working under the guidance of both the Head Chef and the Chef de Partie.
