Chef De Cuisine / Senior Sous | Christchurch

Chef de Cuisine - $75,000 - $80,000 salary + Uniforms + Meals Are you experienced in working in fast-paced kitchens and pride yourself on a consistently high product? We are looking for a true leader who can stand up and support the Executive Chef running this busy kitchen.
Ideally, you will be a qualified Sous Chef or higher with a minimum of 3 years of experience in this position, with references to back this up. This position offers the opportunity for long-term employment, with genuine opportunities to grow with the team. Working alongside a passionate Executive Chef, the ideal candidates will have experience in multi-outlet venues and a desire to learn and develop.
This kitchen is high volume and fast-paced, with a fairly large menu. The business operates over 7 days, with Thursday to Sunday being their busiest times; you would be required to be available these days most weeks.
