We are The Dangerous Kitchen, a thriving Cafe and Restaurant in Golden Bay. We are a central hub in the region and support local food producers, use a lot of organic ingredients, wild or free range meat only, and have lots of great vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan dishes. We value experience, efficiency, innovation, an atmosphere of focus, and enthusiasm for service.
We are looking for experienced chefs and bakers with skills and experience or those wishing to be trained into this industry who have enthusiasm and natural skills. This is an opportunity to work with experienced owner operators.
At the moment we are looking to fill these positions:
Baker, predominantly of pizza bases and some specialty breads
Pastry Chef/Baker, maker of cakes, slices, tarts, muffins, pies, etc.
Pizza Chef, responsible for pizza preparation and cooking in a team and solo
