We are seeking motivated Chefs for our Winery Restaurant and Lodge. The ability to deliver high-quality dishes, use initiative and work quickly and meticulously under pressure is a must. Prepare food to a high standard, as directed by the Executive ChefAssist in the development and planning of menus. Follow the Food Control Plan and all Health and Safety policies.Our perfect candidate will: NZ Certificate in Cookery L4 or equivalent qualification and / OR a minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant setting - preferably high-volume.Excellent organizational skills and a positive, motivated attitudeBe able to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidaysAccess to a reliable vehicle is required, as we are located 25 minutes from Queenstown.
