About the Role | Mo te Turanga

Organising the daily operation of the checkout department roster.
Serving our customers in a warm and welcoming way.
Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring we maintain their loyalty.
Dealing with cash and payment transactions and errors.

As a Supervisor - Checkouts, we expect you to have:

A customer and team first approach.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
A willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift.
Previous experience in a retail environment.

Shift Times:Friday 1500-2230 and Saturday 1530-2230.
