To ensure we can continue to create an exceptional customer service experience, we are looking for a Customer Service Extraordinaire to join our team.
The Role: Serve customers and be a key point of contact for customer queries.
Provide support to the checkout team by organizing breaks and managing customer flow.
Process restricted purchases.
Support the Lotto counter.
Open in the morning working from 6:45am – 3:15pm Tuesday to Saturday, or starting later to cover the end of the day.

Current Duty Manager's Certificate.
Reliable, honest, and a good team player.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Confidence and maturity to work unassisted at times.
Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
