Checkout SupervisorBrookfield New World is looking for a Checkout superstar to join our dynamic team to help run our famous customer-focused checkout. This is a role where experience in customer service and staff supervision is preferred but not essential.
The successful applicant will be:
Outgoing and friendlyDisplay excellent leadershipRelate well to all peopleCommunicate clearlyMaintain high presentation standardsProvide exceptional customer serviceTasks include:
Serving customersEnsuring appropriate numbers of checkouts are open at all timesMonitoring security of the checkout areaHandling customer enquiries/complaints appropriatelyShowing an awareness of customers' and staff's needsHolding a Liquor Licence would be an advantage but is not necessary as this can be gained later.
