Checkout manager
We are seeking a Checkout Manager to run our largest team- is this the opportunity you have been waiting for?

About the role:
Serve customers and be a key point of contact for customer queries.
Lead and manage the checkout and online teams, rostering to budget and within the needs of the business, and managing customer flow
Train and ensure staff follow checkout processes and procedures, including restricted sales.
Ensure checkouts are set up daily, floats are managed and all cash discrepancies are thoroughly investigated with the office cashier
What we are looking for:
Someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
Some flexibility required for covering shifts
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Previous checkout manager/2IC or supervisor experience is preferred
Excellent written and spoken English
