**Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role, preferably in a chat support environment.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Dedicated and driven personality, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management and planning skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience using live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred.
