The successful candidate will join our dynamic team at the Associate Level and must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat interactions, resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also need to adapt quickly to changes in customer needs and preferences, and make informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
