Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home
Auckland International Airport is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service and chat support roles.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality customer service

Monitor chat support interactions to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries

Analyze chat support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Develop and implement chat support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize chat support processes and systems

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements:

Energetic and dedicated personality traits

Strong research and creativity skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in managing chat support teams

Proficiency in chat support software and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
