Job Description:

Sears Holdings is seeking a passionate and resourceful Chat Support Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of chat support agents, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet performance targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor chat support metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and onboard new chat support agents
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience managing a team of chat support agents
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
