Job Description: Trinity Industries is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chat Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the chat support team, ensuring exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor chat support performance metrics and KPIs to ensure team goals are met - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a chat support management role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and creatively to solve problems - Experience with chat support software and tools - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Benefits: - Retirement plan - Life insurance - Free food Working Environment: At Trinity Industries, we offer a dynamic workplace that values teamwork, fostering innovation, and shared success.
